Sisters, Hibiscus, and Sidewalk Chalk: Washington DC Family Photographer

I began photographing this family when big sister was teensy, and I’ve seen them every year since. it makes my heart sing to see how joyfully they have integrated their new honey into the mix. Big sister is still the same creative, jubilant person I met as a baby, and little sister’s unique energy is just beginning to reveal itself here. It’s summertime. Sidewalk chalk is involved. All of the adults are tired and grateful. Hibiscus is blooming on the corner.
